"BoA has hit the studio with some of music's top producers including Brian Kennedy (pictured here with BoA), who has created hits for Rihanna ("Disturbia"). Brian and BoA recently spent time together in Los Angeles, CA recording a mid-tempo pop hit titled "Obsessed" that will be featured on her forthcoming album. Additionally, BoA recorded with the coveted Sean Garrett, who is behind #1 hits by artists including Beyonce, Fergie, Nelly, Chris Brown, Ciara and more."
Does this mean that there's still hope?????????????

Long time no see peeps.
Just had to blurb my heart palpatations for one sec....
There's gonna be an Avex musical featuring the songs SEASONS, Planetarium, Koi no Tsubomi, VALENTI, Papillon, and stuff by GLOBE and TRF? Man I would kill to see THAT!!!!!
In other news, I have been cut off from J-Pop for a whole year now and I'll still be cut off for a little while longer until I can earn some moola and get internet at home.
So I know there's something about a Hanadan movie or special going on and that Arashi has a single for it, but I'm at a loss as to the details.
I also heard that AYUMI IS GONNA BE IN FEATURE FILM????? Right now I'm scraping the Ayu forum looking for details but I think I'm so far behind I won't be able to find it....
So yeah, if any one on my F-List could kindly fill me in on thejuicy j-pop gossip that you know I love, PLEASE help your old j-friend *makes puppy eyes*. |

and one that comes up is "Future."So, I found some recordings of it from All Night Nippon or something, but what is it actually from? Is it a B-Side that I missed? |

Gahhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
Just ordered my Arashi CD. XDDDDDDD.
I've had internet while I baby-sit, but when the baby's asleep I use that little time to answer my e-mail and watch Bambino or Kuitan on Crunchyroll...
So. Completely out of the loop... And my friend mentions the new album. The words "Must. Have. Must. Order." went across my mind. So today I go to Yes Asia... and reading the description I got soooooooooo excited.
For the ArashiAA concert DVD I was having a very stressful time and didn't have enough money for the limited...which is probably the first non-limited thing I've bought since I got into them. (I bought 5x5 normal, but it was my "starter" album, and so since "ONE" it's been limiteds.) I was so disappointed that I only got those tiny little clips...although the airplane bits and stuff were adorable...and now that I've seen the WHOLE Taipei concert... I still like the Tokyo clips better.
Anyhoo, so with this album I go back to limited. Yay!!! It appears to come without spiffy DVD love... but we just had AAA so what else could there really be. I'm excited that the solo songs are bonuses...although I thought the Arashic way of doing things, where it was more like member-themed songs, was awesome. Because then it wasn't as...lonely. lol. Ah well. Jun's is called Yabai Yabai Yabai? Maybe it's a cutesy solo @_@ That'd be sweet. And Sho...I never know what to expect from him so I look forward to that as well <3
Ha ha, you all probably already know. For all I know the album has already leaked out.
Gahhhh, I want it to be July 11th ><

Rain has now been mentioned on one of the most popular shows in America, hosted by a guy who has his own Ben&Jerry's ice cream flavor (AmeriCone Dream, which is damn delicious).
Maybe this means that Rain will come on his show when he starts his upcoming American career. Maybe. Hey, a girl can hope.

Everytime I think I have seen the last of him, he shows up. First I discovered there was a Gokusen special I didn't have (that was a long time ago lol), then there was the joy of Yoiko no Mikata... This week, he's in BAMBINO!!!!

Docomo has begun a new CM campaign, and it's going to be a series of dorama-like CMs! Right now the "preview" is out, and in the preview you see, Tomoya Nagase, Eita-san (from Nodame Cantabile), Keiko Kitagawa, Aoi Yuu, Anna Tsuchiya, Kazue Fukiishi (from Bambino) --- and more!
I can't believe Keiko got hired for something with Nagase and Aoi Yuu. Those two names alone would have sold me the phone, lol. Yay Keiko.

So as everyone prepares for Acen... I realize that it was at Acen a few years ago that I got into dramas.
At Acen
Julie: I thought you might like these dramas with Jun in them since he's your favorite. *hands me DVDs of Kimi wa Petto and Gokusen*
Me: Okay. *takes DVDs with curiosity*
(at this point I know Jun by Arashi PVs and Performances only)
At Home a few Days Later
Me: *puts Gokusen in DVD drive* *thinks to self* I wonder how much of this Jun is actually in...oh wow this is really cool...ha ha I love Yankumi...OMG there's JUN!!! Look at him! He's so cool! So he's a broody type of character. I bet he's always like that...a quiet type...
Two more days later
*Watching first episode of Kimi wa Petto*
Oh this is way different from the other one. Aw, Jun's beat up.
...OH MY GOD WHY IS HE ROLLING ON THE FLOOR IN A POSE OF SUBMISSION. wowwwwwww. This show is so kinky!!! ...but...I love it... It's kind of deep too <3333
And thus began the addiction...To this day, I still think I have never loved any drama as much as those two. But I've still enjoyed the rest a lot.

Well, I read the Keiko blog today... and was met with this total awesomeness.

Before I get to the gossipy stuff.... WHY did she name her boy cat "Jill"???? She fan-girls over so many American actors...why couldn't she call the cat "Jude"?
Anyway... she starts going into her random cynical side again and says stuff about "people are lonely, want to be thinking about someone, want to be with someone"
and then she says at least the cat "won't betray her."
So...my interpretation is that Keiko is single, lonely, and kinda bitter.
So therefore...what all the Jun fans have already accepted as a completely made up rumor...I begin to believe is a made up rumor...lol.
ALTHOUGH...lately Jun said somewhere that he doesn't prefer older women anymore. Hmmmmmmmm. |
